Females are often subjected to scrutiny, more so in India, based on what they wear and how they present themselves in a public space. This makes them overly conscious about the clothes they choose or the skin that gets exposed. This chapter is an ongoing exploration of various clothing objects used by females everyday to feel safe or not be uncomfortable of the male gaze in a public space. The text embroidered on the objects are the questions females ask themselves all the time as they head out of their safe personal space.
